1. Scope of Consumer Transaction

1.1 These terms govern the educational services provided by Ready Set Agile, in compliance with the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act (Chapter 1345).

1.2 By registering for a course, you acknowledge this is a consumer transaction subject to Ohio state consumer protection laws.

2. Course Registration and Payment

2.1 General Payment Policy

  • All course fees are due in full at the time of registration
  • Prices are guaranteed at the time of registration
  • Payment methods accepted: credit card, company check, ACH transaction

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Standard Cancellation Terms

  • Course registrations are generally non-refundable
  • We offer course credits or alternative class enrollment for most cancellation scenarios

3.2 Emergency Cancellation Provisions

  • If we cancel a class within 3 days of the scheduled start date, we will:
    1. Provide a full refund to all registered participants
    2. Process the refund within 10 business days
    3. Refund to the original method of payment

4. Consumer Rights and Protections

4.1 Ohio Consumer Rights

  • You have the right to receive clear, accurate information about our services
  • We commit to avoiding any deceptive or unfair practices
  • In the event of a dispute, you may seek resolution through:
    1. Direct communication with our customer service
    2. Ohio Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Section
    3. Appropriate legal channels as provided by Ohio law

5. Course Expectations and Limitations

5.1 Service Limitations

  • We cannot guarantee specific employment outcomes
  • Course completion does not automatically ensure certification or job placement
  • Our liability is limited to the course fee paid

6. Intellectual Property and Materials

6.1 All course materials are protected under copyright laws and may not be reproduced without explicit written permission.

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1 Any disputes will be resolved under Ohio state law, with venue in Franklin County, Ohio.
